Nick is a Law Society of BC lawyer and accredited family mediator (JIBC & ADR Institute of Ontario trained) with additional accreditation in collaborative divorce (Seattle Collaborative Law Training). Nick has acted in approximately 400 mediations over the last 15 years, through legal aid and privately, in both Canada and internationally. Nick has trained other mediators, presenting on mediation in venues such as the ADRBC Symposium, in training junior mediators through the ADRBC Mediation Mentoring Program, and has promoted mediation in BC through the A.L.L. mediation committee.
Nick is also a Chartered Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator (through ADRBC) and is qualified to conduct domestic and international commercial mediation and arbitration.
Nick has an interest in technology law matters, has worked as sysop of a university computer system and has worked as counsel in cryptocurrency litigation and dispute resolution.
In his spare time, Nick follows politics and enjoys the outdoors and is on the board of Nanaimo Christian School.

Kevin Cantelon, LLB
Kevin is a lawyer and Member of BC Law Society called in 2000.
Kevin has many years of successful experience in dealing with motor vehicle injury matters, wills and estate, and family law matters.
In particular, Kevin has significant experience conducting Motor Vehicle Personal Injury files both for Plaintiffs and Defense.
Kevin also has over 15 years of experience in drafting and reviewing legal opinions for individuals, corporate clients, administrative tribunals and the courts.
Kevin is comfortable working with clients who are unfamiliar with litigation to ensure they understand the process and can proceed without undue fear.
He has conducted hundreds of Examinations for Discovery and prepared comprehensive Discovery Reports, appeared on average several times per month in the Supreme Court and has conducted numerous trials including jury trials.
